What a blast! Despite the storm warnings, a record 140 runners arrived to brave this tough wee course as well as heaps of walkers and doggies. The rain gave way to some hints of sunshine and a rainbow and Piper Alan Lindsay kept spirits up by filling the top Riddell fields with Scottish tunes. The Leaf Green welcomed everyone home with Ross Dalgleish the dancing DJ and the kitchen crew had tasty soup and homemade bread ready.
A new course record by Teviotdale Harrier, Rory Anderson (38 mins 4 seconds) was set.
